Hourly On-Request ServiceIf you only require occasional technical support services, then our on-demand service may be right for your business. There is a one-hour minimum charge, and time is rounded to the half-hour.

Hours By the BlockSimilar to our on-request service, Hours By the Block allows you access to our support staff on an hourly basis, but offers a reduction in the hourly rates by pre-purchasing blocks of time. There is a one-hour minimum charge, and time is rounded to the half-hour. Hours are deducted from your time block as you need them. Onsite service deducts hours at 1.5 times the offsite rate.

Safe & Sound All-Inclusive Service
If you prefer a more pro-active approach (rather than the more costly reactive approach) our Safe & Sound All-inclusive Service is for you. This plan also allows you the comfort of knowing your network and computer support budget, with no surprises. We provide all the benefits of an internal I.T. department, including regular planning and strategy meetings with management. Our Safe & Sound clients get the fastest response time and have 24-hour emergency service available.
